Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CIML Business School ("we," "our," or "us"). They govern your access to and use of our website, application portal, student systems, and all programs and services offered by the institution.
By accessing our website, submitting an application for admission, or enrolling in any of our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not continue to use our website or services.
Your Agreement
Use of this website or submission of an application constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective students, enrolled students, and alumni.
Programs & Services
CIML Business School offers a range of professionally accredited programs, from the Diploma Program through to the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). The following terms apply to all programs and associated services.
- Program details are subject to revision — including those for the MBA, DBA, and all other programs. We reserve the right to update curriculum content, module structures, specialisation pathways, credit requirements, and delivery formats as required to maintain academic standards and reflect industry developments. Students will be notified of material changes in advance.
- Admission decisions are final — all admission decisions are made at the sole discretion of CIML Business School. We do not guarantee admission and reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to provide reasons, subject to our equal opportunities commitments.
- Tuition fees must be paid on schedule — fees are payable in accordance with the published fee schedule for each program and intake year. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of access to course materials or, in persistent cases, withdrawal from the program.
- Program availability — CIML Business School reserves the right to withdraw or suspend a program intake if minimum enrolment numbers are not met or in other exceptional circumstances. In such cases, affected applicants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Fee & Schedule Information
Always refer to the official program page or contact our admissions team at info@cbsedu.us for the most current fee schedules and intake dates before making any financial commitments.
User Responsibilities
All individuals who interact with CIML Business School — whether as website visitors, applicants, or enrolled students — are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the following standards. Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or permanent removal from our programs.
- Provide accurate and truthful information — all information submitted during the application process, including personal details, academic qualifications, work experience, and references, must be accurate and complete. Submission of false or misleading information may result in disqualification from admission or, if discovered after enrolment, immediate dismissal from the program.
- Uphold academic integrity — all students are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic honesty. This includes submitting original work, properly citing sources, and refraining from plagiarism, collusion, contract cheating, or any form of academic misconduct as defined in the institution's Academic Integrity Policy.
- Comply with institutional policies — students must observe all applicable CIML Business School policies, codes of conduct, and regulations, including those relating to assessment, attendance, communication, and use of institutional resources.
- Use the website lawfully and responsibly — you must not use our website or systems for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or impair the website or services of others.
