Additional Considerations
Research Proposal
A preliminary research proposal outlining the intended doctoral study topic, research questions, and methodological approach is required. This is a core component of the DBA application and will be reviewed by the academic panel.

Academic or professional references are required to support the application. Referees should be able to speak directly to the candidate's intellectual capabilities, leadership experience, and suitability for doctoral-level study.
Statement of Purpose
A detailed personal statement describing career goals, motivation for pursuing the DBA, and the specific research areas or business challenges the candidate intends to address through doctoral study.
Admissions Interview
